Ministerial Statement
You are asked to give a
ministerial statement on a separate sheet of
paper (of not less than 550 words) setting out
your statement of faith, including:
- Your spiritual motivation and
purpose.
- Current spiritual position,
belief, affiliations and methods.
- Education, training,
workshops, books, people that have influenced
you.
- The specific services you
hold; e.g. hands on healing, pastoral ministry
ceremonies, rituals, rites, training, etc.

Please enclose a recent
photograph of yourself suitable for scanning into
the Internet. If you wish the picture returned,
please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope as
well.
4. References
Please supply letters from
independent persons who know you well and can
verify your character and spiritual focus. One
reference should be from a peer in your
profession or calling. Letters should be e-mailed
or a clear original suitable for scanning should
be mailed to the Foundation. These letters, plus
the Ministerial Statement will be posted on the

B AGREEMENTS OF THE APPLICANT
I, the
undersigned applicant, in consideration of your
accepting me and ordaining me a minister of the
Rock Foundation (hereafter called the
"Foundation"), hereby agree at all
times to abide by The Agreements of the
Foundation (the "Agreements") set out
hereunder.I acknowledge
that on acceptance of my application I have
entered into a contractual relationship in law
with the Foundation and :
- I
shall be bound by the Agreements and
honor the spirit of the Agreements.
- I
shall at all times conduct myself in a
lawful manner in accordance with good
moral and accepted standards of
behaviour.
- I
shall promote and protect the good name
of the Foundation and that of my
organisation or community.
- I
acknowledge that the initial period of my
ministry is probationary and runs from
the date of the acceptance of my
application to the next Annual General
Meeting of the Council referred to below,
whereupon I may or may not be certified
by the Council as a minister.
- I
agree to abide by the decision of the
Council and I forfeit any right to legal
or financial recourse against the
Foundation or all or any of its Council
members, past, present or future.
- For
the purpose of the Agreements, a minister
shall be defined as one who is in service
to the community as healer, counsellor,
or educator and all other ministries of
any religious tradition or spiritual
focus.
- I
agree to provide a ministerial statement
(see guidelines) and at all times I shall
be obligated to furnish the Foundation
with my current mailing and e-mail
address and any material changes of
information already provided by me.

Operating Procedures
- The Rock Foundation will
operate on the principle of Isocracy, which is a
community of equals.
- The Council shall consist of
at least five ministers ordained by the Rock
Foundation and elected by consensus of the
ministerial body.
- The names of current Council
members will be posted on the Foundation's
website.
- The Council shall have the
absolute right in its discretion to appoint and
dismiss a minister of the Foundation and notice
thereof will be given in writing and sent to the
last known address of the applicant or minister.
- In the event of the dismissal
of a minister the Council need give no
explanation and the contractual relationship
between the minister and the Foundation shall be
forthwith terminated.
- A minister of the Foundation
is ordained as a spiritual member only and is not
an employee or agent for the Foundation.
- All voting of the Council
shall be by simple majority.
- In each calendar year on the
second Monday of June at 7.00 pm at the
Foundation Office the Council shall convene an
Annual General Meeting of the Foundation ( the
"AGM") by giving 14 days notice by post
or e-mail, to all Council members to approve the
Audited accounts of the Foundation and re-elect
probationary member and ministers and carry out
any other business it determines.
- At each AGM one half of the
Council shall offer themselves for re-election
for 2 years.
- The Council may invite a
minister to join the Council, upon which he will
immediately be entitled to a vote in the Council.
- The Council shall have
absolute powers to amend the Agreements at any
time and such amendments shall have immediate
effect.
- A quorum of the Council shall
comprise over two thirds or more of the members.
- A Council member may resign at
any time. Vacancies on the Council may be filled
at any time by invitation of the Council.
- Any amendment or variation to
the Agreements will be posted on the Foundation's
web site.
